· 8 and Under: Coke and/or Diet Coke

· 9-10: Gatorade (12oz bottles please)

· 11-12: Dr. Pepper and/or Sprite

· 13-14: Assorted flavors not listed above (Mountain dew, Root Beer, Orange etc.)

· 15-18: Gatorade (12oz bottles please)

Check with the Concessions area to check in your donations and get your meeting “Passport.”

Check the new drink donation plan according to your child’s age. Please bring one 12pack of soda per swimmer, two max per family (if you have 3 or more kids, only bring 2). No water donations:

New Meeting Passport

When you arrive for the meeting see the concessions area for drink donation, you will get a Passport.

The Board will make a quick announcement, then parents will be able to visit our Various Stations. Each station will have important information and opportunities to learn all you need to know about the 2023 swim season! The Volunteer Station will have info on the different duties (Officials, Concessions, Timers, Ready Area, etc,). The Swimsuit Station will help you find the right suit. And the Boutique Station can get you set up with caps, goggles and verifying your shirt size (and number of teeth!) You will be able to learn about all of the things it takes to run the program, and the meets, and sign up for jobs! Each area will stamp your passport. Once you have it stamped, we will collect them and use them for the meet one parking spot Raffle!
